    Driven by purpose and a love for the outdoors, I’ve always chased challenges—whether it was racing snowmobiles professionally or building a business from the ground up. What started as a way to create stability for my growing family has evolved into something deeper: a commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and creating products that genuinely improve people’s lives.

    Off the clock, I’m all about movement and adventure. Depending on the season, you’ll find me snowmobiling, mountain biking, or skiing—but the moments that matter most are the ones spent with my wife, Heather, and our kids, Ellyse and Levi. Sharing those experiences is what keeps me grounded and inspired.

  • I’ve been with Evolution Industries since May 2022, and what stood out to me right away was the energy—it’s the kind of place where you genuinely want to show up and give your all because you’re surrounded by people who do the same. It’s a tight-knit, team-first culture that pushes you to keep leveling up. Around here, we don’t just face challenges—we treat them as chances to improve, learn, and evolve. Outside of work, I’m usually with friends or family doing something active—camping, hiking, watching a game, or hitting the gym. This year, I’m especially excited to get deeper into fieldwork. It’s a chance to really understand our systems from the inside out and keep growing alongside the team.

  • I’ve been with Evolution Industries for over 11 years, and what’s kept me here is the deep respect we have for each other and the culture of continuous learning and growth. Outside of work, I’m all about family time—whether we’re camping, hanging by the lake, or exploring the outdoors together.

    Looking ahead, I’m excited about the company’s drive to keep evolving—expanding our skillsets, standardizing our systems, and improving the quality and consistency of everything we do. It’s a challenge I’m looking forward to, and I’m proud to be part of that growth.

  • I’ve been with Evolution since early 2024—though this isn’t my first time here. I also worked with the team from 2018 to 2021, and coming back has only confirmed what I already knew: this is a company that genuinely invests in its people. There’s constant support, a shared drive for improvement, and a culture that makes opportunity feel real, not just promised. What sets us apart is the attention to detail, the pride we take in doing what we say we’ll do, and the way we show up—motivated, accountable, and aligned.

    Outside of work, I’m all about being outside with my dogs, soaking up the sunshine whenever I can. As for what’s next, I’m excited to keep growing—both personally and as a team. The projects are getting bigger, the bar keeps rising, and I’m looking forward to sharpening my skills, especially when it comes to reading plans and finding ways to work more efficiently. The future feels wide open, and I’m glad to be part of it.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me traveling, hiking, or just hanging out with my friends, family, and dogs—basically, anything that includes my dogs is a win. What excites me most about the future is seeing all the effort we’ve poured into training, process improvements, and morale really start to pay off. It’s been a journey, and it’s only getting better.
